Mais ne nous trompons pas : la pasta, en Italie, reste un plat populaire et la p\u00e2te Mancini peut-\u00eatre cuisin\u00e9e ais\u00e9ment par tous ! Voici nos conseils pour bien la cuire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2> Vous avez dit <em>Al dente!<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>En Italie, la pasta se mange <em>al dente<\/em> et \u00e7a, c&rsquo;est non n\u00e9gociable !<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>N&rsquo;importe quel italien vous le dira ! La p\u00e2te est moins cuite, donc l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus dure sous la dent. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas que d&rsquo;une question de go\u00fbt : manger les p\u00e2tes <em>al dente<\/em> n\u00e9cessite davantage de mastication et rend ainsi la p\u00e2te plus digeste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de la p\u00e2te artisanale, Mancini ne d\u00e9roge pas \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle. Vous trouverez deux temps de cuisson sur les paquets des p\u00e2tes Mancini : le 1er correspond \u00e0 une p\u00e2te tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s <em>al dente <\/em>et le 2nd correspond \u00e0 une p\u00e2te tr\u00e8s <em>al dente<\/em>. Vous voici pr\u00e9venu ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme pour toutes les p\u00e2tes, le mieux est donc de go\u00fbter en fin de cuisson. Bien qu&rsquo;en Italie, ce soit un crime de l\u00e8se-majest\u00e9, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 rallonger le temps de cuisson si vous trouvez la p\u00e2te trop ferme et \u00e0 gouter r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Quand l&rsquo;eau bout, ajoutez le sel et les p\u00e2tes. <em>On pr\u00e9f\u00e8re pr\u00e9ciser : ne pas couvrir !<\/em><\/li><li>Remuez de temps en temps pour que la p\u00e2te n&rsquo;accroche pas. Dans une po\u00eale, d\u00e9marrez \u00e0 feu doux la cuisson de la sauce (sauce tomates, rag\u00f9, .n&rsquo;importe quelle <a href=\"https:\/\/ciao-gusto.com\/110-sauces-et-pesto\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ciao-gusto.com\/110-sauces-et-pesto\">sauce<\/a>, hormis le <a href=\"https:\/\/ciao-gusto.com\/110-sauces-et-pesto\">pesto<\/a> qui ne se r\u00e9chauffe pas !)<\/li><li>Lorsque vous approchez \u00e0 2 minutes avant la fin du temps de cuisson r\u00e9glementaire <em>(par exemple, si le second temps de cuisson indiqu\u00e9 est de 9 minutes, ce sera au bout de 7 minutes)<\/em> : GO\u00dbTEZ. <\/li><li>A ce moment-l\u00e0, on distingue 2 \u00e9coles :<ul><li>Si il vous semble qu&rsquo;il manque encore 1 \u00e0 2 minutes de cuisson, alors c&rsquo;est le moment de sortir les p\u00e2tes \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une spatule et de les transvaser dans la po\u00eale. (l&rsquo;objectif est de prendre un peu d&rsquo;eau de cuisson pour la verser dans la po\u00eale). <\/li><li>Si la p\u00e2te vous semble vraiment trop dure, poursuivez la cuisson et go\u00fbtez toutes les 2 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention de la consistance souhait\u00e9e et versez les p\u00e2tes dans la po\u00eale.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Une fois les p\u00e2tes dans la po\u00eale, augmentez le feu et faites \u00ab\u00a0sauter\u00a0\u00bb les p\u00e2tes avec la sauce dans la po\u00eale en remuant pendant 1 \u00e0 2 minutes. Rajoutez de l&rsquo;eau de cuisson si besoin. <\/li><li>Sortez la casserole du feu, ajouter de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et m\u00e9langez. <\/li><li>Dressez, ajoutez le parmesan et d\u00e9gustez sur
