bri\u00e8vement avec les mains sur la surface farin\u00e9e et former une p\u00e2te;<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00c9taler un rectangle de papier cuisson sur le dessus;<\/li>\r\n<li>A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, former une p\u00e2te de 3-4 mm de hauteur sur le papier sulfuris\u00e9 ;<\/li>\r\n<li>Donner la forme d&rsquo;un rectangle;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure ;<\/li>\r\n<li>En soulevant le papier cuisson du c\u00f4t\u00e9 le plus petit, enrouler la feuille sur elle-m\u00eame pour former un rouleau ;<\/li>\r\n<li>Presser doucement tout en roulant pour rendre le rouleau plus compact;<\/li>\r\n<li>Laisser reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 30 min;<\/li>\r\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s;<\/li>\r\n<li>Recouvrir une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de papier cuisson;<\/li>\r\n<li>Sortir le rouleau du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et avec un couteau \u00e0 lame lisse couper en tranches d&rsquo;un demi-centim\u00e8tre d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur ;<\/li>\r\n<li>Placer les biscuits roul\u00e9s sur la plaque de cuisson;<\/li>\r\n<li>Cuire au four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s pendant 20 minutes;<\/li>\r\n<li>Sortir du four
